Halo Custom Edition Online   Halo Custom Editionn is a free Multiplayer only version that allows anyone to get in on the classic multiplayer action. Unfortunately Micorsoft no longer supports the game however there's still quite a large playerbase and servers available.       BlazingPhoenix.org Halo CE has no latency limit, meaning you can join from any country on any of the servers. Higher latency players will not affect the stability of the server.
